Terms of Service

1. Purpose

HiXP is an AI-assisted Clash Royale deck analysis service. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the hixp.gg website.

2. Access to the Service

The service is currently in closed beta. Access is restricted to users with a validated account. HiXP reserves the right to accept or refuse any access request without justification.

3. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and content specific to HiXP are the exclusive property of their authors. Clash Royale images, names, and visuals are the property of Supercell and are used in accordance with its Fan Content Policy.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is" during the beta phase. HiXP does not guarantee the accuracy of statistics sourced from third-party APIs (RoyaleAPI / Supercell), nor continuous availability of the service. Use of the analyses is entirely at the user's discretion.

5. Expected Conduct

Any misuse of the service — scraping, intrusion attempts, identity theft, rate-limit circumvention — will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

6. Changes

HiXP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. In the event of a material change, users will be notified by email.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
